Land and Wildlife
Antigua’s offshore islands support the entire world population of the critically endangered Antiguan racer, as well as key populations of the endemic Antiguan ground lizard, globally important seabird colonies, nesting sea turtles and other threatened species such as the white-crowned pigeon and West Indian whistling duck. Almost two-thirds of Antigua and Barbuda’s snake and lizard species are found nowhere else in the world.

Mr. Bert Kirchner
Originally from Germany , Kirchner has lived in Antigua for the past 37 years and worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for many years. His passion of film got him in to the film industry through his son Shabier Kirchner an established international Cinematographer.
Kirchner owns Wadadli Film Studios which was founded in 2008 and has produced the whole pallet of productions from music videos and commercials right up to international motion pictures ( 20th Century Fox “ Wendy “ ). Kirchner also is Antigua’s Film Commissioner and holds a diplomatic status as an Ambassador at Large. He also owns Papa Zouk one of Antigua’s best known Restaurants.
